Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Leon County, Florida, described as:

Lot 1 and the West 38 feet of Lot 2, Block B, Lynndale, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 122 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida less and except any portion lying within the roadway.

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on May 20, 2025 at the listed website, www.leon.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
